  1. Never thought we would have to rely on the courts as the last safeguard against Trump. Its just devastating that the highest court in the land is going to come down on his side.

  2. And Herr Trump will ignore this order the same way he does every other one he doesn’t like.

There needs to be actual consequences for his disregard of court orders.

The judge’s defining decision found that when the federal administration tries to reduce grant allocations, the criterion for them is whether states have been cooperating with immigration enforcement procedures or not: this is irrational, beyond what its legal basis allows, and should not stand. Grant allocations should be made according to risk, not politics. That’s why he restored funding. It also illustrates the grasp that administrative tools such as administrative law, can have over federal agencies trying to use their expenditure powers.

  4. This is the most waste of time president ever of course you can’t just hold disaster relief money from states you’d have to be an idiot to support this idiotic illegal shit/rant

The judge can say whatever she wants, the Trump administration just won’t do anything unless forced to.

  6. A judge ruling against Trump – see how bad the conspiracy of the judiciary is against Trump?!?! That’s what the right is making of that at least…

  7. Ok. So what’s the judge going to do when Trump doesn’t do it?

Without consequences rules are just guidelines.
