The hell of it is even though the lower courts are in general doing the right thing it doesn’t matter he owns the highest court in the land and they will back him 95% of the time.

Must stop blocking offshore wind leases sounds like something literally everyone except the DOT lobbyists has been begging for, including physics. It’s wild that a judge had to shoehorn common sense into policy, but here we are. Clownshit.
