  4. This is where Ray Dalio believes a beautiful deleveraging may happen through regulation and force. The not beautiful way is through war, civil or world, and guess which one is being fomented ad nauseam?

    When the tax rate was 90% after a million dollars. Employers would build libraries, roads, hospitals or God forbid, pay their employees more rather than give it to the government.
