  1. “Those who are determined to be ‘offended’ will discover a provocation somewhere. We cannot possibly adjust enough to please the fanatics, and it is degrading to make the attempt.”

    ― Christopher Hitchens

The right wing is just all latching on to a “thing”. They are lemmings.

just because you had to pay for your lips and your stylist doesn’t know anything about fashion doesn’t mean you should take it out on someone else.

  3. Politics reporting in 2026, in a nutshell.

It’s like the national enquirer from 1985 without elvis, bigfoot, Trump, a princess, or a woman’s weight on the front page.

  4. The amount of outrage – or manufactured outrage – by people that don’t understand fashion is INFURIATING.

If someone wears something in a photoshoot, 99% of the time it is provided by the stylist and often borrowed from the designer or PR showroom, and not owned by the personality wearing it.

Red carpet looks are usually borrowed. If she’s working with a stylist, there’s a very good chance that these are borrowed as well.

  5. “Lip filler costs generally range from $500 to $1,500 per syringe, with the average being around $700-$900, depending on the filler type (like Juvéderm or Restylane), the injector’s expertise, your location, and how many syringes you need for your desired results, with many people using one to two syringes.“

  6. How do we make them stop? So many wrongs here. Boots are in general expensive. This is one of the most special occassions in her life. She has confirmed they were borrowed. Why are they filled with so much hate and jealousy. Can someone make them stop?!!

  7. Playing the daily-beast-headline-with-the-phrase ‘melts-down’ drinking game was a terrible decision.

  8. Talk about accessories…. Girl you’re having babies with someone 30 years older than you. You’re no more than a pair of free boots.

  9. Good god. Pathetic.
You’ve also got Fox News women like Lara Trump saying “no food, no drinks?” At the really cool for nyc inauguration.

These are not real people. They are babies raised by iPads.

The same Karoline Leavitt that got flak for wearing a $1600 Gucci watch during press briefings? That Karoline Leavitt?

  11. She knows what she’s doing. She’s controlling the talking points. Instead of talking about healthcare, housing, these bullshit Trump memorial, etc.

  12. These people scared of the big bad “Socialist” word completely lack any critical thinking skills at all.

Democratic Socialists aren’t fucking antimaterialist monks who aren’t allowed to have nice things. What they believe in is if you can afford to BOTH have nice things AND pay into a strong social support system, you better fucking pay into the strong social support system too instead of just hoarding more wealth.

Why are MAGAts convinced democratic socialists want everyone to make the same income? There is a distinction between socialism and communism, yall. Just because we dont want billionaires to exist doesnt mean we’re against anyone acquiring wealth. We’re just opposed to hoarding it on a massive scale by exploiting others

She is so petty and nasty! This is mean girl bullshit, and beneath someone in a senior level White House position!

If I was a reporter I would be asking her whose shoes she’s wearing when she’s at a formal event, then clarify if they’re hers or someone else’s

  16. This reminds of when MAGA thoughtAOC brought her own wardrobe to a magazine photoshoot and got mad that her suit was expensive lol

  17. OtherUserCharges on

Lol, they scream at you if you don’t dress up and then they scream if you dress up too much.

  18. Leavitt is upset because her entire life is transactional. And she doesn’t have any friends to lend her things.

  19. This is the tan suit all over again!  Plus these aren’t Latin American socialists who will give up living in the executive palaces, reducing their salaries to match the poor or refusing to use credit cards.  It’s New York City for goodness sake, the Mecca of capitalism.  As long as the city gets free daycare, let them flash the fancy attire.

  20. AlsoCommiePuddin on

The correct response is, “Leavitt can worry about clothes, we are going to worry about working for the people of New York.”

  21. They said the boots were like $670? I know broke rednecks with lucchese and russel boots worth more than that.

  22. I may be out of touch but are borrowed $630 boots for a once in a lifetime event really that big of a deal? Even if she owned them I don’t think $630 is terribly expensive for “the best boots I own”.
