Seattle has a drug and mental health issue. I didn’t vote for her(I voted for the other Democrat), but I wish her luck.
If we slide back to 2020/21 levels of drug dens infesting our parks and sidewalks, well. I hope she gets replaced quickly.

lol…reminds me of promises from someone running for high school class president. Not optimistic at all on this one. West coast is expensive…you’re not going to wish things cheaper.
Need to fix so many underlying issues before tackling something as nebulous as “affordability.” First off, Seattleites don’t trust or openly support the police department, who in turn doesn’t want to enforce law and order regarding crime, vandalism, etc because they hate Seattleites. It shouldn’t take HOURS to respond to domestic violence, burglary, car jacking or any suspicious behavior etc., but here we are.

Now the reckoning for the GOP and the DNC begins. The reality of what the voters actually want is going to be made clear. People just want to not be squeezed like an orange 24/7 to avoid ending up homeless.
