So instead of saying “Our nation dedicated drug intervention and mental health professionals, along with our first responders, are making great progress on lowering overdose deaths, and with Trump’s “Blow up the boats and ask questions later” policy we expect it to go much, much lower” they essentially are saying (yet again) that “Our way is the absolute best way and we don’t care about, nor acknowledge, any of our country’s successes before Jan. 20, 2025.”
