Murderers don’t usually perform CPR on their victims after shooting them as far as I know.

Not defending ICE but after 9 shots or whatever the ridiculous amount of times they shot him was I don’t think CPR is much help.
I doubt CPR training is high on the list of things ICE get taught.
Former fire/ medic here. CPR is useless in this kind of trauma. Pumping on his chest would just make him exsanginate faster.
Refusing to render aid, aka plugging the holes, still is reprehensible. ICE are murderers.
If the ICE private chat logs from this time are ever leaked I’m pretty sure these people would have to flee the country.
