I’m in my 50s and got a measles booster this fall. Just made an appointment and said I wasn’t sure I’d had both doses as a kid, insurance covered with no problem. Your county health department probably offers them too. So many people I know who were fully vaxxed as kids are having titers checked and finding no remaining immunity. Go get a booster if you can!

Maybe doctors without Borders could move in or the international Red Cross – I think at least the Red Cross were working in the concentration camps during the second world of war so they have some experience.
