Today is expected to be a pretty busy day in Congress, so enjoy (or ignore, or despair at the sight of) this discussion thread consolidating discussion of 9 or 10 (depending on how you count) C-SPAN streams.
Reminder there are people in Congress paid to act like giant babies and not do anything to help American while you’re stuck at work, living with the repercussions of their laziness, greed and narcissism.
The only way I can see to reform ICE would be to remove all arrest quotas/ bonuses and replace them with a bonus that is tied to a conviction or deportation BY A JUDGE. But they won’t because the arrest everyone without cause is the feature, not a bug.
