A common thing with grooming is that it happens when children are coerced and manipulated without parents’ or guardians’ consent or knowledge.
Anyway that child and his hard drives should probably be investigated since he doesn’t seem to realize that children sexually abusing other children is still child sexual abuse. That statement reads like something you would say if you were a child sexual abuser who hasn’t been caught yet.
A better denial would be like “I would never groom or abuse,” not “I’ve never been charged and it would be definitionally impossible for me to commit abuse.”

This would be a more effective article if it gave some indication of the degree of pressure or force on attendance. Were students directed by their home room teachers to attend the meeting? Did some choose not to attend? But regardless, TP shouldn’t be there in the first place—kinda like military recruiters pushing kids to join up.
They added a chapter at our local high school and everyone seems to have somehow gotten the impression it was a debate club?

The article isn’t very clear. Is this like a school assembly or a group that students can choose to join? I would hope no one would want to join but that feels like an important distinction.
