I am sure he flies under the radar enough for MAGA not to notice him, but if they did, there would be bipartisan support from constituents to remove him. Even Christian Nationalists don’t appreciate their bank ripping them off.

  2. It’s really astonishing how demented people can become. And the things that a bunch of demented people together will do.

  3. Ross Vought is destroying the US from the inside. His goals are not our goals. He is a danger.

  4. Vought is a traitor and impeachment should be the bare minimum. Life in prison would be more appropriate.

    >They say the boss is the best organizer, and Vought’s the worst boss we’ve ever had. Our union sued Vought. For now, we’ve stopped him from illegally shutting down the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The [courts agreed](https://www.consumerfinancialserviceslawmonitor.com/2026/01/cfpb-complies-with-courts-funding-order-in-nteu-v-vought/) that only an act of Congress can do this.

    >We reversed Vought’s illegal firings of hundreds of workers. We turned the consumer complaints hotline back on, so that you can call 1-855-411-2372 and submit your complaint in more than 180 languages. And just last month, we [forced Vought](https://nteu335.org/2026/01/23/stymied-by-nteu-once-again-vought-begrudgingly-replenished-cfpbs-funding/) to partially fund the bureau’s 2026 operations, after he attempted to starve the agency of congressionally authorized funding. Not bad for a scrappy little union made up of “[nerds for the public good](https://www.hamiltonnolan.com/p/revolution-town).”

    >But Vought is [appealing](https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2026/01/26/cfpb-court-weighs-cuts/88261078007/) our victories in court, and the bureau’s future remains uncertain. Trump’s “One Big Beautiful” tax cut for wealthy special interests [reduced its funding by 45 percent](https://www.cnbc.com/2025/07/09/trump-big-beautiful-bill-slashes-cfpb-funding-what-it-means.html). Without restored funding, and with Vought in power, working people will continue to pay the price. We have already seen what one year of Vought’s destruction cost us. We can’t afford another year.

When I am elected, and we take the house and senate as a group, there will be many impeachments.

  7. Forced by a judge to request funding, forced by a union to turn the hotline back on. Some ‘unitary executive’ energy.

  8. Tell me you are a Russian asset by showing me that you are a Russian asset.

Trump, Vought, and Miller are professionals in destroying our country.

This cannot be a surprise to anyone. Virtually every single appointee of this administration is systematically working to destroy the order and structure of everything this country has spent decades putting in place. Once they are gone it will take decades to fully recover (if we can recover at all)

  10. Why? We told you they would do this shit and the country still fucking voted for it. You fucked up US. You done fucked up.

  11. Sadandboujee522 on

This man is a fucking monster. A single-minded zealot determined to turn our country into a Christofascist dictator’s paradise.

Vought has also destroyed humanitarian relief efforts and appropriated $15 million from USAID to pay for his 2026 security detail comprised of over a dozen U.S. Marshals.

[Trump Appointee] is destroying [what they were meant to oversee and safeguard] — impeach him

I made a little template so we could save time on future headlines because this is all they were brought in to do.

  14. OK, let’s say he gets impeached but does that mean he somehow can’t be renamed to his position in an acting capacity?

  15. He’s doing exactly what he was installed to do. The whole administration was put in place to destroy the United States

  16. Independent-Self371 on

It’s already destroyed, long live the billionaires taking consumer’s money out of greed.

  17. One thing to consider, providing we get a different president, when new laws are put back in place, businesses get 0 leeway in time before fines/charges start accruing. They should know better.

  18. IrrelevantLeprechaun on

Yeah I’m sure they’ll get right on top of that with all the other impeachments they’ve been “making the motions” to do lately.

Remember when they were talking about impeaching Bondi over her negligence on the Epstein files? And again over her rage filled court hearing?

No of course not. Everyone forgets everything in less than a week these days. I mean ffs this regime was trying to forcibly take Greenland barely a month ago and now NOBODY talks about it. People sooner admit that Flood the Zone worked on them than ever admit their attention span is completely fucked.

  19. Just look at this guy, not elected, who is making choices for all of us. Even the most personal choices are up to him and the rest of the fundie freaks who have infested our government.
He hates America, just look at what he does.

  20. Can’t trust this administration. I think I’m going back to cash only transaction.

He’ll give the keys away to credit card companies
