  1. FTA: ‘As for students facing suspension for leaving school property, Hellenberg said: “Not to be trite, but isn’t that what a walkout is?”’ -Supportive Dad.

Suspending 323 kids is insane. That’s like the whole school basically. They really showed their hand.

  3. That’ll show them, really punish those kids for protesting by… giving them even more time to protest

That’s hilarious. Teens can be so sassy and spirited. The school district isn’t going to win this one.

  5. Good for them. They ain’t gonna learn shit in an American school anyway. Organize group trips to your local libraries and really educate yourselves since you can’t go to school anyway. From open study groups and learn how much of a sanctuary a library can really be. Gen Z sees the writing on the wall. They see through the lies like no other generation before them. They ain’t winning this, they’ll pop a poison pill en masse before ever working for the regime or turning on their friends.

We used to pray for “snow days.” Now, kids figured out how to skip school with “ice days.” Clever!

  7. Students: We’re leaving school because this is complete bullshit.

Admin: Oh, yeah? Don’t come back for an extra day or two!

Students: Uhhh… Okay that was our whole idea in the first place.

  8. I think it’s fine for kids to walk out. They should also accept the consequences of their actions.

If you leave work to protest and lose your job, that’s your choice.

Not my kid. My kids are staying in school and finishing their work.

  9. As a parent i would have been proud of my son if he left the school to protest what he cared about. He would have known the school would punish but i would not. Some times civil disobedience is a good thing.

  10. Heroes keep standing strong you need to break through the wall of false consequences this is where you will find true freedom

  11. Yes, punishing kids for doing the right thing and expressing their freedom to do so is going to *DEFINITELY* not make it worse.
