So dumb. No vehicle is better suited for batteries than school buses are, with their short, regular routes, their centralized bus barns for charging, and their long midday breaks for recharging if needed.
As a bonus, you don’t pump kids’ lungs full of toxic exhaust.
There’s $2.3 billion. They’re not going to “leave money on the table” when they can siphon it off into their own pockets.
