  1. Yea, I’m sure the folks back home were voting for Armageddon, huh.

But I give them one thing. They knew that if Trump started Armagedon, MAGA would still be supporting him. After all, shooting US citizens on the street and raping 13 year old girls hasn’t stopped them backing Trump. So why would electing to end of the world do it.

    Right Repubs?

You know, I’m beginning to think I’m not an atheist anymore.

Donald Trump officially fits the bill for the Antichrist at this point.

Someone please tell me I’m not insane

Edit: Thank you for the explanations

You know, they can all go to Iran and do their little end-of-times cosplay while the rest of us stay safely in reality.

I wonder what the roughly 30% of our armed forces who aren’t Christian think about this.

i wish these abrahamic death cults would just leave me the fuck out of this

  6. I remember in Sunday School when I was a kid, one of the teachers was talking about Revelations. We were told when Russia and Iran join up and attack Israel was when the Rapture would occur and the End Times would begin.

These dumbasses would label Jesus a leftist terrorist and then send ICE to imprison or deport him.

  8. Scripture says this is impossible to know. Someone is lying again and trying to use religion to justify their absurd position.

“But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” —Matthew 24:36

    >”Mark my word, if and when these preachers get control of the [Republican] party, and they’re sure trying to do so, it’s going to be a terrible damn problem. Frankly, these people frighten me. Politics and governing demand compromise. But these Christians believe they are acting in the name of God, so they can’t and won’t compromise. I know, I’ve tried to deal with them.” Barry Goldwater

Why do these guys purposely keep forgetting about the whole “1000 years of suffering” before the big Huggles shows up.

  11. If they would have told me that when I was serving I would have laughed my ass off and mocked them mercilessly.

Boy do I have some information for you. If Jesus and the rapture were real, they aren’t getting into heaven. Also, the rapture isn’t really in the Bible.

  13. If Jesus came back they’d call him a socialist and try to have him arrested for protesting against MAGA

I’ve always said.. Religion and Politics should never occupy the same space.

    This is what happens..

Who could have foreseen the endless problems caused by cult members and grifters being in charge of an enormous army!??

Man if this were to actually happen they are gonna be in for a serious suprise when they find out what side of the fence they’re on.

Like, cool come on Jesus, I have no doubt who you’re going to be here to cast into the Lake of Fire and it ain’t gonna be the immigrants and the poor and all the other people He told y’all to be good to if you love Him.

That would be a pretty glorious outcome really, I wish I believed it was true.

Meanwhile how many people have to die for the sake of these people’s imaginary Sky Daddies who didn’t even want them to act that way?

  17. Nice to hear the voice of reason in the article.

MRFF President and Founder Mikey Weinstein:

“Any military members seeking to take advantage of their subordinates by advancing their blood-soaked, Christian nationalist wet dreams upon the flames of this latest non-Congressionally sanctioned attack against Iran, should be swiftly, aggressively and visibly prosecuted.”

  18. Very not good if the reports are accurate. I had assumed a majority of the middle ranks of officers would resist the worst types of orders from trump being career officers and such. But the reports described in the article seems to paint a picture of large numbers of officers being giddy over the idea of spilling enough blood to bring about armageddon.

I didn’t realize the antichrist could be awarded the FIFA world peace prize.

  20. Well, that’s it, then – we’re back to ‘God says we should destroy other people’. We’ve given away every conceivable inch of the moral high ground.

  21. Conservative voters did this to the rest of us. Deport them all, immediately.

  22. This crap has been going on since James Watt (1938–2023) was Secretary of the Interior under President Ronald Reagan from 1981 to 1983. Watt tried to sell all the national forests because it didn’t matter with the End Time upon us. FFS.

  23. I’m so fucking sick of religious people and their fairytales. Can’t they just fuck off and leave everyone alone?

    > From Saturday morning through Monday night, more than 110 similar complaints about commanders in every branch of the military had been logged by the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF).

    > The complaints came from more than 40 different units spread across at least 30 military installations, the MRFF told me Monday night.

    > The MRFF is keeping the complainants anonymous to prevent retribution by the Defense Department. The Pentagon did not immediately respond to my request for comment.

    > One complainant identified themselves as a non-commissioned officer (NCO) in a unit currently outside the Iran combat zone but in Ready-Support status, deployable at any time. The NCO said they were Christian and emailed the MRFF on behalf of 15 troops, including at least 11 Christians, one Muslim and one Jew.

    That’s some crazy shit

  25. **Send Baron Trump to the front lines** so He can be a part of this wonderful Epiphany, with his father, the prophet….
