Democratic lawmakers emerged from a classified briefing on the U.S. war in Iran sharply critical of the Trump administration’s strategy and rationale for launching the nation into another Middle Eastern conflict.
“I’m more convinced now that this is going to be open-ended and forever,” Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) told reporters on Tuesday.
I’m going to guess that they, like we all suspected, had it confirmed that there is no plan whatsoever.
