How the fuck are people still supporting him? I ask this to myself every few months and every few months it’s become more and more unbelievable as he does something so bad that I’m forced to reexamine my fellow Americans.

They spent weeks bringing in carriers, planes and weapons but never planned for civilian evacuation. That’s some Trumpian scale incompetence.
The same people who held ten separate Benghazi investigations from 2012 to 2016 and then stopped investigating it the moment Trump took office will have nothing to say about no Americans being evacuated from Iran during these attacks. I guarantee it.

My husband has a friend from Sri Lanka who’s currently trapped in Dubai and after seeing one of the missiles closely overhead and watching it explode he’s in a state of shock, panic, and fear. I feel terrible for him. He’s got a family to get back to. All of these people do. They have lives they need to get back to. But the US government has decided their lives mean jack shit. But they don’t. Their lives are just as important than anyone else’s.
