    A rule [finalized by the EPA](https://apnews.com/article/trump-climate-change-epa-clean-air-act-c149d5ea6ec71c862e6c4b578adf92cd) last month revoked the 2009 [endangerment finding](https://apnews.com/article/trump-epa-endangerment-climate-change-public-health-25764e8298db96c3c189b6833252b7ca) that determined carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases [threaten public health](https://apnews.com/article/climate-change-health-deaths-heat-sickness-scam-5b7492660d7dad1c324f2bbbe6163f1c) and welfare. The Obama-era finding had been the [legal underpinning of nearly all climate regulations](https://apnews.com/article/epa-endangerment-finding-zeldin-trump-climate-change-4b34246d5ca798154af08560fd94f7b9) under the Clean Air Act for motor vehicles, power plants and other pollution sources that are heating the planet.

    Yep they’re going to win too. Mass vs EPA makes it blatantly precedent that this was a move that was entirely out of bounds for the epa to repeal. The groundings in established law couldn’t be stronger and the precedent makes it extremely strong.
