Yep they’re going to win too. Mass vs EPA makes it blatantly precedent that this was a move that was entirely out of bounds for the epa to repeal. The groundings in established law couldn’t be stronger and the precedent makes it extremely strong.

A rule [finalized by the EPA](https://apnews.com/article/trump-climate-change-epa-clean-air-act-c149d5ea6ec71c862e6c4b578adf92cd) last month revoked the 2009 [endangerment finding](https://apnews.com/article/trump-epa-endangerment-climate-change-public-health-25764e8298db96c3c189b6833252b7ca) that determined carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases [threaten public health](https://apnews.com/article/climate-change-health-deaths-heat-sickness-scam-5b7492660d7dad1c324f2bbbe6163f1c) and welfare.
