I have noticed more people openly admitting they regret voting for Trump irl lately. I still think that if he hasn’t rotted away by 2028 they will pull a “I’d vote against him if you guys didn’t nominate crazy people” and vote for him for a 4th time. I had met some people who regretted voting for him in 2016, but 2020 and 2024 voters seemed like he could do no wrong and that’s shifted a bit.

Republican politicians campaign on trickle down economics and immigrants being an enemy. This is not going to win over any group of people who think and ask questions.
