Shouldn’t anybody be able to ask police questions? Doesn’t mean they have to answer them, but to get arrested for asking questions??
Agreed but if the SCOTUS says it, then it will be law of the land until there is an administration that will defend the constitution. Which feels like something we are getting further and further away from

I understand her point of view and I’m sure she’s correct, except for her characterization that the Supreme Court made a mistake. They don’t want to defend the First Amendment.
