This is what passes for presidential communication now? Vulgar insults, threats of massive strikes on Iranian power plants and bridges, and throwing in ‘Praise be to Allah’ for good measure. Failed cease-fires, downed jets, and now this. How many times are we going to stumble into Middle East conflicts without an exit plan? Americans are tired of it.
Like why isn’t anyone screening what he’s putting up? This is beyond the the wtf scale. He’s going to do something idiotic and catastrophic and it’s all on us because we didn’t stop him. Sure there is his base who is cheering him on but I think even they are starting to realize this isn’t normal.
The success of rescuing the airmen is going to persuade him on the ground war, in the same way Maduro set the attack on Iran.
