Did anyone actually read the article? The Court has ordered the Government to turn over certain documents that relate to the Good killing to defense attorneys for Roberto Carlos Muñoz-Guatemala who was found guilty of assaulting Ross in December 2025. Defense attorneys hope to use this information at Roberto Carlos Muñoz-Guatemala’s sentencing.
However, all information turned over by DOJ/DHS will be filtered by the Court before Roberto Carlos Muñoz-Guatemala’s attorneys see the documents.
Lastly, this doesn’t relate to any potential criminal or civil trial against Ross.
The only thing longer than a Minnesota winter is a Minnesotan’s memory. We remember that Congressman Pete Stauber cheats at hockey. We remember that it snowed like a motherfucker on Halloween in 1991 and which costumes we wore that year. We remember that ICE agents killed two of us on our streets. We will fuck these dudes up in court once the federal government won’t move the cases from state to federal to dismiss the charges, and they will face justice.
