The 16th Army Corps has released footage of Russian aerial bombs striking the dam in Pechenihy, Kharkiv region. This is a strategically vital facility on the Siverskyi Donets River with very heavy traffic. While the structure remains undamaged for now, the reservoir has reached its maximum water level due to the spring flood. Consequently, the destruction of the dam could have led to catastrophic consequences.
