  1. Of course they did. Are they stupid? Did they forget midterms is around the corner?

Republicans couldn’t give a shit about helping the average American.. in fact, they enjoy watching them suffer.

  3. Guess they think we should just invest in a good health insurance plan for our empty wallets!

  4. I’m actually surprised the headline didn’t read “Democrats fail to pass universal healthcare; Party in collapse?”

  5. No shit, harming people is the only thing that can give most of them a stiffy these days.

Super awesome that all our tax money goes to grifters and bombing people all over the globe. Americans last, billionaires first. We can pay for Kash Patel’s dates, Noem’s fuck plane, covering the White House in gold, bombing random Venezuelan fishermen, a war in Iran, tax cuts for billionaires and mega corporations, but making sure Americans can see a doctor? Nope. That’s crazy commie talk.

Best we can do is tax you more and let your kids fight some Iranians. But wait, there’s more; guess what’ll happen to those same kids when they come back from that fight and need support?

  8. We need more tomahawks to distract from all the child rape.  Who cares about healthcare?

GOP voters throws up their bankrupting medical bills like confetti and cheers that libs will get ruined from this.

I would say I was shocked but its 2026 and we are operating without a map here. I don’t know how to react to this madness anymore.

If we simply give Elon Musk our healthcare money, his $850,000,000,000 will “trickle down” to us!!!! Everyone wins!!!!

GOP and MAGA constantly tell Americans it would be DEMs who cause destruction of America. Since MAGA God has took office all he has down to America is make it worse for the working class Americans.

  13. TBF the headline could have read “Democrat leadership”, they all lick the same boots.

  14. With how much insurance companies earn vs the cost of universal healthcare. Of course they would

  15. >The amendment, however, even if approved wouldn’t have had the force of law because it would be in relation to the Senate budget resolution, which will lay the procedural groundwork for passing a reconciliation package later this year.

Literally just a “get it on the record” vote.
