No we can’t know for sure but multiple experts and Drs have said he’s showing symptoms of dementia and is a danger to the world. Any regular person can see he’s not well too. There’s something really wrong with the US political system when there’s no way to force transparency or honesty about the presidents health and the people around him are obviously lying.

The author is confusing medical precision with public good. People aren’t “diagnosing him at a distance” to zero in on a treatment plan, they are assessing his probable condition to determine fitness for office.
The author suggests that a diagnosis of FTD would excuse his actions. No, it would just shift some of the blame on to the functional adults keeping a mentally defective person in office.
The fact is that his behavior is indistinguishable from a person suffering from FTD. The decision is to keep him in office or not. We don’t need a brain biopsy to know he has to go.
