Imagine being a second generation mediocre moron who lives off generational wealth and you’ve never done a hard day’s work in your life – and bragging about it rather than being mortified at your uselessness.

I’m guessing a lot of their current grifts are exclusively them going “Heay, that’s a good idea” after hearing GOP complain about Biden and his son for x number of years.

The lack of complaints coming from GOP will show you exactly how worried they actually were about Biden and his son. They didn’t. It was a all theater. GOP is doing the same thing, just on a much grander scale.

For anyone keeping track at home, the defense federal acquisition regulation supplement (dfars) is supposed to prevent exactly this kind of blatant conflict of interest. normally, a 24-million-dollar pentagon contract involves a mountain of oversight and competitive bidding. bragging about it on social media is basically handing a gift-wrapped “Exhibit A” to any ethics committee with a pulse—assuming anyone in dc still has one.

Remember when jimmy carter had to give up his peanut farm because people were worried he might be biased by the price of legumes? now we’ve got the failson-in-chief literally live-tweeting his way through the emolluments clause like it’s a side quest in a video game. they aren’t even trying to hide the grift anymore; they’re just annoyed we aren’t clapping for how “efficient” they are at looting the pantry.

  11. So its ok for trumps family to make money corruptly, but if an American soldier does it they get arrested?
