Hell yeah, GoFundMe for the government, need to get as much money from more people as possible
They can’t instead, I don’t know, tax rich people properly.
Remove the step up basis for inheritance.
Remove capital gains tax and treat it like any other income tax and subject it to payroll tax
And tax unrealized gains when used as collateral in loans as a realization event.

People do realize that no matter any amount of money you “donate” is not even going to touch that number, not even a fraction of a cent. This is a mega church scam just endorsed by trump which will make MAGA donate.
And most likely 98 cents is going to go to PayPal and then 2 cents if your lucky, could possibly go to the national debt.

This is clearly a scam. I highly doubt this would go towards the national debt. Would likely be funneled into a Trump family or friends’s direct account.

All the government or Trump would have to do to find out if donations could pay off the national debt is compare it to how much they get from lobbiests every year because they have more money than everyone else.
