Imagine if an Australian State had a “***Lotteries Commission”*** *that was a State Government entity with a charter to ensure that the excess proceeds were returned to the community through allocated grants to community groups, charities etc., I guess that’s a bit much to ask; we would have to “****W****ait* ***A****while”* for something like that…
