No more oil pipe lines let the oil industry die. Or at least the part of it that burns it, there’s more than enough infostructure now for it’s use in produces. Carbon Capture has always been another money grab while offering so real accomplishments.
To be fair, CCS projects work. They mainly work in tertiary recovery of oil, so have net harms.
