This will be interesting if it gets up to SCROTUS. They love to deny standing on things like chokeholds etc because the plaintiff can’t prove reasonable chances of reoccurrence. Which I mean it’s 3 times now.
Of course won’t matter because the court loves issuing inconsistent conflicting reasoning for rulings as long as it’s what conservatives want
