I wasn’t aware that public humiliation for religious apostasy was allowable in Thailand, most especially since it’s not a majority muslim country.

So the entire thing was captured on video, right? When will all those identified be charged for illegal detention, assault and battery, public nuisance, as well as rioting? Otherwise Thailand will forever be known as a place without law.

Should have stood their ground, let these islamic mobs get away with it once, they’ll keep doing it. Very bad precedent.

i mean…shaving her hair for sure was better than decapitation, which is usually what is done.

  5. This is a very controversial topic in my country.

A bit context here, the girl was well known for doing rage-bait content. The public humiliation was worst than it looked. Thousand of muslim gathering in front of her home then public humiliation happened. The girl has to join islam religion and doing public apologize ( the muslim group said that she give consent). Some say she deserved it, some say the punishment was too extreme.

Buddhists in my country are not that united so nothing will likely happening.
