So wait, this tribunal cannot try Putin in absentia as long as he is in office because he has immunity, same as other top ranking Russian officials. But Putin will never leave office, nor can he ever be brought to the court, therefore they can never try Putin.

With all the talk about justice and accountability, how is this entire thing not just farcical then? You are convening a tribunal to prosecute people who has immunity and cannot be tried and will likely never be.

  2. What can they actually do but talk and write strongly worded statements? What a waste of time and effort. Everyone knows Putin is a war criminal and tyrant, all he understands, and the only thing that will be effective, is the acute application of greater power and violence.

This is great. A step in the right direction. Anyone saying otherwise, is a kremlin ruzzian bot.

    Glory to Ukraine.

Of course we wish Putin’s downfall could and can be accelerated. We should embrace motion in the correct direction.

The only way he gets put into a one window box in Scheveningen is if there is a general that deems it so and i don’t see that happening.

Cool, now go in and arrest or assassinate him. All of this is just talk if you don’t actually plan to depose dictators and just make it so they never leave their country.
