Israel is not going to give up half of their capital city to a foreign country. It will be like asking germany to give up east Berlin especially when to took Jerusalem in 67 and annex it to the 80s and the United States, Guatemala, Honduras, Kosovo, and Papua New Guinea recognized as israel territory and moved there embassy there. There’s over 200,000 people living the east Jerusalem

By all means create a state, but that doesn’t guarantee peace. Lebanon is a state, but it has an Iranian proxy (Hezbollah) that regularly attacks Israel regardless of what the government or the general population want. If the same thing happens when a Palestinian state is formed, then once again there will be war.
A Palestinian state must acknowledge Israel’s existence and commit to living in peace with it and its neighbors… something previous Palestinian leaders have failed to do

They should first agree to its members staying inside their own borders and not invading and murdering hundreds of thousands of their neighbors.

I agree on an independent State of Tibet with Lhasa as capital. I expect the PRC to withdraw by months end.

Palestinians rejected their own state 6 times as recognition and acceptance & peace with israel were a condition: the last of those offers did include East Jerusalem. Are they forcing Palestinians to accept terms they keep refusing or accepting israel to give land to a people who state they will use the land to better try to destroy them ?

In their dreams.
Middle East is changing, and Palestine is getting left in the dustbin, as it should.
Iranian proxy network is ravaged. GCC done with instability in the region. They know oil money won’t last forever and they can’t keep relying on the West ignoring the insanity that is the middle-east just because we need their oil.
No one is rebuilding Gaza. Once Abbas passes, it will be a free for all as everyone tries to fill the power vaacum. Fatah and Hamas will civil war. And everyone will throw thier hands up as they try to stop hitching their countries future to a failed idiotic cause.
With hundreds of thousands of stateless Palestinians in Lebanon. Hundreds of thousands of stateless Palestinians in Jordan. Where there is real actual apartheid. Refusing citizenship, access to social services, education, job sectors. It is becoming increasingly difficult for them to sell the poor Palestinian narrative.
We’re seeing the death throes of that movement. The interconnectedness and attention on this conflict is in the midsts of backfiring spectacularly.
You want to know what the actual states think? Look at their actions.
GCC attack Iran with Israel. Israel sends iron dome battery and troops to UAE to defend them.
India Modi visits Israel for first time, massive change in India policy.
EU for all their moaning and groaning have only sanctioned a few settlers. Wow such a rebuke. While buying record levels of Israeli tech, both defense and consumer level.
What has anyone done for Palestinians? Nothing. No one actually cares.
They don’t care about the hundreds of thousands in Lebanon or the hundreds of thousands in Jordan. It’s a big lie that they use for political reasons, and people outside the Muslim world are fatigued by it.
And the Muslim leaders don’t really care either.
No one is spending billions to rebuild Gaza so they can rip up water pipes to turn into rockets or turn their hospitals into military bases.
It’s over. It’s just not popular to say it right now. In 2 years, all those kefiyeh will be in the trash and forgotten as an embarrassing moment in many peoples lives.
The past 3 years was like a global ripping of the bandaid.

A sensible point
