Yeah, gonna be a lot of people who dont know or care about laws like that till the first knock on, or down of, their door.
Assume that a lot of footage that turns up online isn’t meant to exist, but one country’s npc is another’s useful tool.
Although, tbf the Russians target civillians a ton more and purposefully, dont see to many Ukrainian targets hit that wouldnt be allowed to be filmed. (Ie: power generation, AA positions etc) Im sure they exist, and essential targets are being struck toom
