That is not true. There has never been such an effort to hide what the president and government does as now.
Huge efforts were and still are extended in using influence to stop people believing their ears and eyes.
Starts with discrediting people who would point out corruption. That’s what the decade of benhgazi and emails against the Clintons was about.
