If putin ever decides to use a tactical nuclear weapon, he will probably do it from belarus. This would create temporary ambiguity for Western forces, because it would not be clear whom they should target in a retaliatory strike. Then russia could use that time to try to de-escalate.
If they were actually planning to use them they probably wouldn’t announce it like this.

Nukes dont need to be “deployed” in the field. They are constantly deployed on subs and in silos and can be launched win minutes.
Might be a good idea to know how nukes work **before** acquiring them…
