So jokes aside, countries on all sides have put bounties on enemy leaders right or major figures right? Like Iran has a bounty on Trump and Netanyahu as per article and US and Israel has a bounty on the Iran leader. Etc etc. Has any1 been able to actually claim such a bounty historically? Like Bin Laden has a bounty, but I believe the Seals that killed Bin Laden didnt get paid the bounty right ?
