The face most embassies are run by friends/family members of Trump, as opposed to Senate confirmed appointees, tells me all I need to know. Those people are there to work for Trump, not the US.

Why would anyone deal with us with the Trump administration ? Were unhinged lunatics who at no point are trustworthy. Anything we agree to can be changed by the whims of the moron in chief. And it’s not like you can guarantee the deal if you make it directly with him. He will change it at the drop of a hat
