For decades the world understood that constantly playing around with nuclear brinkmanship was incredibly dangerous, yet the Kremlin seems determined to drag international politics back toward Cold War style fear and intimidation again.
Perhaps my English isn’t good enough to understand the title? What does DW mean by “launches drills involving”?

Who cares? I mean, there is little tactical benefit with Nukes being in Russia or Belarus. A floating nuclear subs would be more effective. Nothing but optics at a weak attempt to scare the population.
