And ironically that is probably exactly how the Ukrainian drone attack on Moscow caused 3-4 civilian deaths on the ground. Not because they were being targeted by drones, but because ruZZian AD intercepted them inbound to a legitimate target.
Unlike Ukrainians that are deliberately targeted by ruZZian drones attacking apartment buildings, hospitals, schools, shopping malls, civilian cars, ambulances, emergency responders or elderly people walking down the street with their pet or simply trying to escape from the conflict zone on foot carrying a few treasured possessions in a bag.!
