The biggest ‘punishment’ for these degenerates who raped two teenage girls, threatened one with a knife, recorded the rapes and posted them on social media; three years ‘youth rehabilitation’ and a three month curfew.

Judge Nicholas Rowland said “I should avoid criminalising these children unnecessarily…” call me crazy but when you’ve violently raped two people and glorified yourself doing it criminalisation seem pretty fucking necessary.

Judge Nicholas Rowland is a fucking disgrace to common decency and justice.

**The second girl was 14 when she met the boys at Fordingbridge Recreation Ground, was threatened with a knife, then raped three times in a nearby field. No knife was found, but forensic evidence revealed her leggings had been cut with a “sharp instrument”.**

    >
The 15-year-olds were given three-year Youth Rehabilitation Orders with intensive surveillance and supervision. The younger boy’s probation supervision will be for one and half years.

    >Two of the boys’ mothers burst into tears as Judge Nicholas Rowland told the attackers “none of you need to go to prison today”.

    >Explaining his sentence, the judge said: “I should avoid criminalising these children unnecessarily and understand the effects of their behaviour and support their reintegration into society.”

wtf kind of sentences are these?!?! Peer pressure is like for smoking or shoplifting a bottle of wkd not gang raping multiple times. And who was the pressure from?!?! Surely each other!!

Judge Nicholas Rowland told the attackers “none of you need to go to prison today”

    What the fuck.

  5. Kitchen-Invite-5123 on

Judge Nicholas Rowland is clearly unfit for his position, he’s a danger to society giving out these meaningless sentences to clearly deranged individuals. Disgusting.

This ‘sentence’, must surely be appealed.

    This is disgraceful.

It’s akin to detention. For a violent gang-rape.

  7. Judge Nicholas Rowland “I should avoid criminalising these children unnecessarily and understand the effects of their behaviour and support their reintegration into society.” I mean wtf, this gang of 3 raped 2 girls on separate occasions and filmed it, one thought she was going on a first date. This is insane, how will those poor girls feel any sense of justice.

“none of you need to go to prison today.” All of these little scumbags need to go to prison today, tomorrow and the next couple of decades after.

I really hope this sentence gets reviewed, absolutely disgraceful.

  9. “Two of the boys’ mothers burst into tears as Judge Nicholas Rowland told the attackers “none of you need to go to prison today” ,”

Tells you all what you need to know. Not giving a fig about the victim, just relief that Hayden is off the hook and got away with it.

Been seeing judges being more and more bizarre with sentencing the last few years. Lost count the amount of times I’ve seen something in the news and the punishment has not fit the crime at all.

  11. CLONE-11011100 on

If we don’t change this attitude by the judiciary now, then when?

How many more will this happen to?…

  12. TomsBookReviews on

There’s 180 days of intensive supervision for two of the three rapists. In 181 days’ time, there will really be nothing effectively preventing these scum from raping more girls. In three years’ time, none of the rapists will be under any supervision whatsoever.

As the rapists have only been given a (gentle) slap on the wrist, it’s highly unlikely they’ll stop. As their anonymity has been protected, there’s nothing girls can do to avoid them.

Judge Nicholas Rowland should feel ashamed of himself, as should those involved with creating laws and sentencing guidelines that gave him the freedom to be so lenient.

The details are just… wow. The judge should be disbarred, dereliction of justice

    Two seperate crimes.
So both girls, were underage… CHILDREN.
    Raped three times.
They filmed and took pictures. They were laughing.

Older boys rapists, 3yr rehabilitation orders.
That’s 18months per girl. Non custodial.

    The younger rapist 18months probation

The judge said about the sentences, “”I should avoid criminalising these children unnecessarily”

    Where are the words?
Almost every woman I know is emotionally exhausted. The constant barrage of this shit.

There’s this old experiment asking Men what they are most afraid of from women.

    Their answer mainly being, ‘rejection’

When women were asked, they answered “death.”

How do we effect change? It’s going backwards every day. And when Judges care more about the rapists than the victims, where can justice be found?

I’m just so sick of it all.

  15. Waxedjacketproblem on

The sentences passed are outrageous. How long before we see non-custodial sentences passed on children who are convicted of murder?

  16. ekitikitaka22 on

Peer pressure? All 3 of them took part in two separate rapes, threatened one victim with a knife, and recorded the whole thing. This is the most ridiculous sentence I’ve ever heard.

  17. Dear God.
I honestly have no words for this, those poor, poor girls.
Really does reinforce ‘you get the 1st one for free.’
I hope to good those girls are getting the therapy they need.

  18. During the sentencing hearing, the girl read a poem directed towards her attackers which included the line: “All I want to do is die. I no longer have fear for when that comes.”

Cool so the judge who handed out this nothing sentence doesn’t give a fuck about this poor girl who bravely defended herself in court.

  19. Ok-Hedgehog2473 on

How in the hell can you read what they’ve done and think that’s at all an appropriate sentence. Peer pressure?? What the fuck is the Judge on about, this was a heinous, heinous crime and deserves a much, much stronger sentence. No doubt with such a slap on the wrist they will reoffend again.

  20. UnalomeJourneying on

No jail time and only a 10 year restraining order? They can contact the victims by the time they’re 25?? What a joke

  21. redandbluebadness on

This sentence is so absurdly lenient it’s likely to cause more problems. People will be furious.

  22. Highlord_Salem on

Is thia juge smoking crack or somthing. “To avoid criminalising”. How can a juge of a court of law not condem and or criminalis this misogynistic, degenerate behavior. Regardless of age or peer pressures.
