Don’t you need 92/95 to start your car if you run on “gaz”? What they call gaz is rarely used for cars here, it’s more often used for warehouse equipment, some city busses, etc. Not really a standard product at gas stations.

I don’t know what to make of Crimeans. Since the referendum at gunpoint in 2014 Putin has gone ethnic cleansing, Umvolkung and finally meat grinder on the Crimeans. While the Russian minded elderly have since thinned due to old age.
