So what he is *actually* saying is: “We have such a centralised command that if all the top leadership were killed it would stop russian drone strikes on Ukrainian territory and because we think that’s how everyone works, we call for Zelensky to be killed.”
So he’s indirectly admitting that killing Putin and his generals would end the war.
