And Israel just labeled Turkey an enemy of Israel. When are US leaders going to wake up to the fact that Israel’s leadership is destroying more for the US than they are helping. Most people at the highest level of the US government are getting played.

Here’s the thing. Whats the better bet? In my opinion, no country is a better bet than the USA when the world goes to shit. The US has everything going in its favor geographically, economically, demographically, etc…
So like even if you think the US is in a bad place, no other country is in a better place. The only argument you could make is China, but China has an impending and very predictable demographic crisis on the horizon.

Per usual the Americans think it’s all about them (I’m American btw so no that’s not why I’m saying this it’s just true, we need to get over ourselves.) For the non casuals this is not being done because of anything other than the Turks pulling out all the stops to defend and stop the bleeding the Lira. So selling their US treasuries is a signal that things are getting very very bad in Istanbul right now. Inflation is currently estimated at somewhere around 32% right now. Not good times I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.
