For context, she break-checked a BMW who crashed into her causing a motorcyclist to subsequently crash into the BMW leading to the rider being fatally injured.
Also the past tense of brake is braked not broke.

If someone is driving too close behind you, you’re meant to gently touch your brakes to show your break lights, you’re not meant to slam on. I feel for the poor motorbike rider who lost his life and had nothing to do with any of this.
