    Let’s recap: Abbott didn’t last two years as PM. He was so unpopular that he lost the leadership to Malcolm Turnbull (a moderate and former leader) and then lost his safe parliamentary seat to an independent. But for whatever godforsaken reason, the Libs think this is the man to lead the party out of the political doldrums?

    They’re screwed.
