Jesus Christ. Just what we need. A government owned business handing out apprenticeships to selected people who they have decided can be winners.

You would think she would look after apprentices as a whole. Promising 2000 sparkies that don’t exist yet is just throwing shit at the wall and seeing if it sticks.
