Yeah, russia does this. When it’s been humiliated by Ukraine hitting important targets like the drone pilot school, then it retaliates by killing as many civilians as it can.
It always does this. It did this in Chechnya and Afghanistan too, it’s standard russian operating practice.

Payback will be when Putin and his gang are judged in Den Haag AND all of Russia is back in the stone age AND all oligarchs are stripped of their money and in jail.
