If it is a Ukrainian drone, it will not have gone over Poland, Ukraine would not risk that. North through Russia, west over Gulf of Bothnia, then south.

If this even Ukraine then the rather obvious question to ask is whether Ukraine just put some drones on a ship and sailed it into the baltic, and then launched.
Problem is, what would they be targeting? The only military targets worth hitting are probably Russian naval vessels hiding in port. Outside of that, does Kaliningrad have much oil infrastructure? I doubt it but dont know.

It’d be fucking hilarious if ukraine was somehow able to mount an amphibious assault on kaliningrad, just a quick raid with special forces or something would be deeply humiliating to russia

If the drones actually hit something important it might be a legit UKR operation. if it’s just a small attack and minor damage I wouldn’t rule out a false flag.
