Then they need to refile under a wrongful death suit.

This child’s death is the direct result of malicious laws created to target, harass and brutalize less than 1% of the population.

All of this is because a bunch of religious zealots are obsessed with other people’s genitalia.

Unfortunately, the so-called “party of life” is considering this a win.

‘“It is scary having to look around before to see if anyone will see me going into the single-user restroom, as I worry about people gossiping and speculating about me being transgender,” Jane Doe said, per Idaho Education News. “I don’t want people to know I am [transgender](https://www.advocate.com/transgender) without my consent — even students who might be friendly. For me, it is not a part of myself I talk about or that I feel is the most important part of my identity.”’

‘In a Tuesday filing, U.S. District Court Judge David Nye wrote that the court “expresses its sincerest sympathies to Jane Doe’s family.”’

Attacking innocent children, I am so sorry for her family, this country is very sick.

Article says that the bill bans students from using bathrooms or locker rooms that match their assigned gender at birth.

Needless to say I was confused as hell

  5. I live in this nasty state and this is exactly what the bigots here want. They want trans people gone from society and are fine with them killing themselves.

These same types went around defunding suicide hotline subset to help trans people seeking help. This is one of the more direct consequences of the defunding.

happy now? those evil fucks (“legislators”). Leave people be ffs.

  8. “Now in effect as of May 2025, the law bans students from using bathrooms and locker rooms that match their gender assigned at birth”

Is that a typo? Students are banned from using the washroom matching assigned gender at birth? I would think it would be the opposite, students banned from using washrooms NOT matching assigned birth gender

  9. The part about the single user washrooms possibly outing a student is too bad. At my school we had one, it was fully outfitted as an accessible washroom with more room for our disabled students, would fit their carers too. Most students would use it honestly, best washroom for a private poo. Nobody would have assumed someone using it was trans.

That was the intent of the bill. They want trans people to stop existing.

Our government is literally driving more and more people to commit suicide out of overt cruelty. I hope everyone responsible for this rots in hell. Too bad I don’t believe in hell but it’s the best I can do.

This might be a controversial opinion, but I don’t think a lawsuit should end just because you murder the plaintiff by proxy.
