Effigies are tough! Obviously they’re very visceral, and I think we all feel a bit wary of them. But we don’t look back on George Bush effigies with horror, you know?
In this case it’s an anti-genocide rally that targeted some pretty heinous politicians responsible for that genocide (including one wanted on war crimes charges!). Feels like fair game.
